Greendale is a boutique hotel, with exquisitely designed and elegantly furnished 24 rooms, at well appointed locations across the property, nestled in the heart of the heritage area of Pachmarhi.
Bounded by the Golf Course, from three sides and enjoying the a beautiful vantage on the Rajbhawan Road, near the Jaistambh Chowk, with a spectacular view of the iconic Pachmarhi Hill / Club Hill, directly up front, the property offers its guests vast open spaces and lovely gardens, to ease up and relax.
Greendale offers its guests accommodation in three categories. The guests can choose from the 5 HillView Cottages, with veranda sit-outs, built on a hillside, with a lovely pathways and sprawling lawns, rolling down along the hillside, or the 11 beautiful Deluxe Rooms or the 6 Victorian Suites, tastefully designed and immaculately furnished to take care of all your creature comforts. The rooms have retained the essence of period architecture and design, giving it a true feel of a heritage property. There is also a two room family cottage.
There’s a charming old well inside the property, which was discovered during the renovation, by the present owners. Also discovered, was an old water supply pump, build by Myers Ohio, which was lying scattered in pieces, in an abandoned shed inside the property. The well, as also the pump, has since been restored to their full former glory and now add to the heritage look and charm of the property.
The property has a lovely restaurant, seating 87, which was originally known as Yidhong and later China Bowl, serving delightful Chinese cuisine, which the present owners have now expanded to serving multi-cuisine gourmet, by the name of Iyora. The restaurant is surrounded by well manicured lawns, which provide excellent seating for guests during the evenings, when one can enjoy a warm bonfire, during the cool winter evenings.
The tariff for the property varies from 5000 to 7500 plus GST, on a double occupancy and includes a complimentary breakfast for both the guests.
