Terms & Conditions

We remain very concerned about the safety, wellbeing and leisure of our guests and wish for them to have a wonderful time with us and carry back memories to cherish and return again to create more of them. Your comfort and happiness, during your visit and stay with us, remains of paramount importance to us, as such we do expect adherence to some HOUSE RULES, which we remain very particular about.

1. GREENDALE is a Family destination and as such we expect our guests to behave in a dignified manner, not infringing on others sentiments or comforts. We believe in responsible tourism and expect that our advise as to the safety and wellbeing of person and property should be respected and adhered to.

2.  GREENDALE remains a no smoking zone and we have designated areas where those who smoke can have privacy while others are not subjected to passive smoking. Lights and cigarettes have to be disposed in a manner which causes no fire hazard.

3.  We don't permit the consumption of Tobacco/Paan etc on the premise.

4.  We wish to be extremely clear that anyone found Spitting within the premises, would not only be evicted from the premises, immediately and forthwith, but would also invite a penalty of 100% of the Tariff Amount as damages, which would not be limited to the aforementioned, in case the damages are found to exceed the amount enumerated hereabove and fixed as the floor value.

5.  We have done our best to ensure that our guests have access to the best furniture, which not only blends with the ambience but also provides relaxing comforts and therefore as such expect our guests NOT to move the furniture about. Any damage to furniture or accessories would be chargeable.

6.  We expect our guests to remain sensitive and attentive towards the safety of their dependents / children. Their safety remains the sole responsibility of the accompanying guests / parents / guardians.

7.  We are a Jungle Property and as such we expect our guests to not play Loud Music. We have our arrangements for Music inside the Club Lounge, which remains the only place where "playing" music is permitted. We don't permit Dhools / Drums or other similar instruments etc. Playing of Guitar/flute etc, privately (GENTLY) is permitted anywhere on the property.

8.  Furthermore, if you do wish to enjoy your own beverages privately, please do so in your designated private areas and not in the common areas. Your privacy and sentiments are as valuable to us, as of other guests.

9.  We do not permit any outside food, unless there be a medical / health reason or if it is for Children (permitted).

10. Please do help us keep the property clean for you to enjoy and as such we would request you not to litter or leave plastic bottles or Polly-bags about, in the premises.

11. Playing football / Cricket etc, within to premise is "Strictly Prohibited". Games which do not cause damage to property and/or are not disturbing for other guests are welcome. Do cooperate with us to maintain the ambience of a Jungle Property. 

12. Do please avoid walking on "Wet" Grass & Lawns, for your own safety.

The Property strives to maintains a smoke & tobacco-free premise.

No smoking or other use of tobacco products (including, but not  limited to, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, hookah, snuff, or chewing  tobacco) is permitted in any part of the premise or in  accommodations of the Property.  Guests may smoke outside the premise or in certain designated  areas, which can be confirmed with the staff of the Property.  

When smoking or otherwise using tobacco or similar products  outside, or in the designated areas, do not leave cigarette butts or  other traces of litter or tobacco use on the ground or anywhere  else. All guests are expected to abide by this policy in all respects while at  GREENDALE, whether on Property premises or in accommodations of the Property. 

The Stay Accommodations are completely “smoke-free” areas. Smoking remains strictly and completely prohibited in the Stay Accommodations. Please understand that the Stay Accommodations are made of Fabric and smoking in  any manner inside or in the vicinity of the Stay Accommodations can be dangerous for  the occupants of the Stay Accommodations and other guests. GREENDALE reserves the right to request the guests, not abiding by the  aforementioned policy to leave and prevent any future entry, in  case of a violation of the NO SMOKING POLICY.
